Marsden Street House

Parramatta, NSW 2150 — a renovated three-bedroom home a ten-minute walk from the station.

About this home

Marsden Street House is a single-storey brick home on a quiet residential street, renovated in 2024 to be fully accessible without looking like it. Neighbours on both sides have been there for years, and the corner shop knows everyone by name.

Three participants live here. Two have been housemates since the house opened and one room is now available. The house runs on a relaxed routine — most residents are out during the day at work, TAFE or community activities, and evenings are usually spent together over a shared meal.

Support is provided across the day with an active night worker on site. The team here has been stable for over two years.
