Terms of Use
The terms that apply to your use of this website, including what our information does and does not represent.
Last updated 1 September 2026
These terms apply to your use of the BrightPath Supports website. They are not your service agreement — if you receive supports from us, the terms of those supports are set out in a separate written service agreement that takes precedence over anything on this page.
1. Using this website
You may use this site to find information about our services, make an enquiry, submit a referral or apply for a role. You agree not to use it in a way that interferes with its operation, attempts to gain unauthorised access, or breaches any law.
2. Information is general
Information on this site is general in nature. It does not take account of your individual circumstances and should not be relied on as advice — whether about the NDIS, your plan, your health or your legal rights.
NDIS rules, pricing arrangements and eligibility criteria change. While we update this site regularly, we cannot guarantee that everything is current at the moment you read it. Always confirm with us or with the NDIA before making a decision.
3. No medical advice
Nothing on this website is medical, clinical or allied health advice. We are a disability support provider, not a health service. If you have a health concern, speak to your GP or the relevant health professional. In an emergency, call 000.
4. No government endorsement
BrightPath Supports is a registered NDIS provider. Registration means we have been audited against the NDIS Practice Standards. It does not mean the National Disability Insurance Agency, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission or any government body endorses, recommends or guarantees our services.
5. Enquiries and referrals
Submitting an enquiry, referral or application does not create a service relationship and does not guarantee that we can provide supports. We will respond to every submission, but we may decline where we do not have capacity, where the supports fall outside what we deliver, or where we are not the right provider.
6. Third-party links
This site links to external organisations such as the NDIS Commission. We provide those links because they are useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.
7. Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this website are owned by BrightPath Supports or used under licence. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal or professional use. You may not reproduce the site's design or substantial parts of its content commercially without written permission.
8. Availability
We aim to keep this site available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance, and we may change or remove content without notice.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with the date it was last updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can go to hello@brightpathsupports.com.au or 1300 555 018.
Demo content
These terms are illustrative content written to demonstrate the theme's long-form typography. They are not legal advice and should not be used as real website terms without review by a qualified adviser.
