NDIS support across Sydney
Support that fits your life.
BrightPath Supports provides personalised NDIS services designed around your goals, routines and independence.
- Flexible support
- Experienced support workers
- Participant-centred approach
Personalised support
Your plan, your routine, your call on how support runs.
Local support workers
Teams who know your suburb, not a call centre interstate.
Flexible scheduling
Mornings, evenings and weekends — including short notice.
Participant-led planning
You set the goals. We build the roster around them.
Who we are
Support built around the life you want to live.
BrightPath started in a Parramatta lounge room in 2016, when two support workers got tired of rosters that suited the organisation instead of the person. We still work that way. You tell us what a good week looks like, and we build the support to match it.
Today we support more than 280 participants across Greater Sydney, with a team of 140 support workers who mostly live in the same suburbs as the people they work alongside. That local knowledge matters more than any brochure.
- Registered NDIS provider, audited against the NDIS Practice Standards
- Consistent workers — you meet your team before support starts
- Clear communication with families, guardians and coordinators

How it works
Getting started is simpler than most people expect
Four steps from first phone call to your first shift. Most participants start within two to three weeks.
Tell us what you need
Call us or send the short support request form. It takes about three minutes and there is no obligation.
Meet our team
We visit you at home, or somewhere you feel comfortable, to talk through goals, routines and who would suit you.
Build your support plan
We write it together, in plain English, with the days, hours and workers set out clearly.
Start your support
Your team begins. We check in at two weeks and six weeks, and adjust anything that is not working.
Why BrightPath
Support that feels personal, because it is.
The difference is rarely in the service list. It is in whether the same person turns up, whether they remember how you take your tea, and whether someone answers when you ring.
Your goals come first
Every support plan opens with what you are working towards, not what we offer.
Support around your routine
If your day starts at 5.30am, so does ours. We do not run a nine-to-five roster.
Consistent communication
One named contact, a reply within one business day, and monthly notes if you want them.
Local knowledge
Workers who know the bus routes, the good cafes and which pool has a hoist.
Flexible service options
Change hours, swap days or pause support without a penalty clause.
Thoughtful worker matching
We match on interests and communication style, not just availability.
Supported Independent Living
A place to live. Support to live your way.
Our SIL homes are ordinary houses in ordinary streets — close to shops, transport and the people you already know. Housemates are matched carefully, and you meet them before anything is signed.

What people say
In their words
Feedback from participants, families and the coordinators we work alongside.
BrightPath were the first provider who asked what I actually wanted to do on a Saturday, rather than telling me what was available. Two years on, I have the same two workers and I have not had to explain myself once.
Participant, Blacktown
As a plan manager I refer a lot of people. BrightPath ring back the same day and they are honest when they do not have capacity. That honesty is worth more than a slick brochure.
Support Coordinator, Inner West
My daughter moved into one of their Penrith homes last year. She chose her room, met her housemates first, and she rings me now to tell me about her week rather than to ask when she is coming home.
Parent, Penrith

Questions
Things people ask us first
No. Plenty of people ring us while they are still waiting on a plan, or while they are preparing for a planning meeting. We can talk through what supports might suit and what to ask for. If you are not eligible for the NDIS, we will tell you and point you toward other options.
Most participants start within two to three weeks of the first conversation. That covers the home visit, matching you with workers and setting up a service agreement. If something is urgent, say so when you call — we keep some capacity for short-notice starts.
Yes. We shortlist workers we think suit you based on interests, communication style, language and the practical support you need. You meet them before support begins, and if the match is not right you can ask for a change without any awkwardness.
Parramatta, Blacktown, Penrith, Liverpool, Bankstown, the Hills District, the Inner West and broader Western Sydney. Coverage varies a little by service — transport and SIL have tighter boundaries than in-home support.
Through your NDIS plan. We work with self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants. We will explain which budget each support is drawn from before you sign anything, and our rates sit within the NDIS Pricing Arrangements.
Tell your coordinator and we will adjust it. Changes to hours or days usually take effect within a fortnight. If you want to leave, the notice period is set out in your service agreement and we will help transfer your supports to another provider.
Ready to talk about your support?
Tell us a little about what you need and we will call you back within one business day. No obligation, no pressure, and nothing locked in until you are ready.
