Eight regions, each with its own team and team leader. If your suburb is not listed, ring us anyway — we often cover the streets in between.

Coverage
Local teams, not a central call centre.
Each region has its own team leader and its own pool of support workers. That means the person coordinating your roster knows the area, knows which pool has a hoist, and can get someone to you when a shift falls through.
Coverage differs a little by service. In-home support and daily living run across all eight regions. Transport and SIL have tighter boundaries because vehicles and houses are fixed to particular areas.
